Optimising the corporate ecosystem

The global corporation had built strategic relationships with a number of universities and research institutions in Europe, North American and Asia. The R&D leadership team wished to make this research ecosystem more effective. But how?

We worked with the R&D leadership team and with each of the institutions to identify what was working well, what could be better, what opportunities were being lost, and what barriers needed to be removed – for both sides of the partnership.

Our work drove fundamental changes to how the business worked with the universities and how the universities organised themselves to present a 'one university face to their corporate partners.
