New venture activation

The start-up team were pursuing an exciting opportunity and had a high level of customer and investor interest – but there wasn’t a full team yet, so inevitably there were gaps in skills and capability that would limit ability to hit the key value-adding milestones on the road to impact.

The Zuas team has expertise and experience across customer discovery, user centered design, design for manufacture, supply chain scale-up, branding and marketing execution, and on finance and fund raising – areas where the members of the fledgling team are often less skilled.

We worked with the team to fill the gaps that they had, and gradually reduced our involvement as new hires filled the roles that we had been performing.
